The official classification of the Spanish Serrano Ham. By order of better quality:


1.- Gran Reserva. 15 months minimum of drying time.


2.- Reserva. 12-15 months of drying time.


3.- Bodega. 9-12 months of drying time.


The Spanish Serrano Ham should indicate its quality on its label (Vitola in Spanish).
